Any Teemo build is the most annoying Teemo build. Unless you’re playing as him; then it’s the most fun Teemo build.

Personally, I prefer any build that focuses specifically on his Q and/or shrooms. Teemo's E is alright, but the closer you are to your enemies, the easier it is for them to turn the colors of your screen off. Meanwhile, Q has a longer range, and at least shuts off auto-attacks, and his Ult technically has infinite range, as you can get across-the-map shroom kills with it. Favorite build in this regard is what I call Speed-Mo, where you build as much haste as possible. Perma-blinds and shrooms for days. Can't clear them all.

Next time if you're up against Garen, you should play what I like to call malaria Teemo; you build swifties too but you take phase rush, ghost and you build cosmic second. You'll outrun anything that has skillshots and you'll outrun a ghosting phase rush q garen aswell lmao you're welcome

Riot has spent all of 2024 bouncing Teemo's stats around and minus one week early in the year he's never actually been good this season. He's good in the jungle right now, but he's not S tier. He's maybe B top in general, with an inflated win and pick rate from ability to be a hard counter a few matchups that are S right now. I really don't get it. Teemo spent 10 years being a B-C tier champion that could hard counter some S tier matchups. And it was fine, no nerfs for 10 years. Just slight buffs to keep up with damage creep. Then this year hit and Riot seems to have lost their minds for Teemo being what Teemo has always been. It wasn't even a whole week that caused it, they emergency hot patch nerfed him. So. Just a few days of Teemo being a god caused the company to go into panic mode thinking they needed to do something with him.
