@@iansibbert7735 Thank you Ian! When I go back to the 1.8/2.2 Robopacer it seems much more easier each time so I’m confident this strategy is working 😃

No expert but agree with high intensity and push yourself when time is limited. As u aware try your best to get in 40min sessions at zone 2. Regarding the X3, I think the curls should be a drag curl. Not like a traditional where u pivot at the elbow as u lose tension in the band. Watch the official video - pull the bar vertical to lower chest and push back elbows and diminish range to fatigue? Keep up the good solid work and hope your shifts chill out soon 💪

@@GingerWarriorCyclingClub Thanks GW! Definitely agreed regarding the high intensity and zone 2 on days off. I do throw in the drag curls now and again but for whatever reason I haven’t got the best autonomy for that moment, I find it’s almost like a half rep and want to go higher, I feel sliming down would help with that one. And cheers bud, my rota looks a lot better for the next 6 weeks so hoping to pump out a lot more vids. 😃

You should do a flat shortish D Cat ride asap. From 22-28 July, you can do a zwift racing series ride 16.4km,Stage 4, Champs Elysees, usually at 10 past the hour, on the hour. That would be ideal. There will be plenty of people to race. Races earlier in the week around 17:10 or 18:10 are usually the fastest, so you can choose to avoid those times or mix it with the big boys!

Agree with the philosophy, definitely touching some heavier weights and getting used to them helped me progress too. Very interesting to see it carry over to Zwift!!!

@@RyanCondon Cheers bud! 😃, I’m able to last with Robopacer Maria, 2.2 - highest in Cat D I believe for 20 minutes now, I think once I can last an hour I’ll pluck up the courage to start racing 😅.

Great video. I agree with your process. Push yourself for as long as you can. Then next ride go a little farther. 👍🏻

@@B-raddDaily Thanks man! 😃, yeah worked for me down the gym for all those years, progressive overload as they say, however I know volume is equally important when it comes to cycling, I.E. keeping this up for 60 minutes! 😳😅

One tip. All races on zwift start at a crazy pace. Go with it if you can and it’ll soon settle down..I don’t think you’ll have a problem, as you have good power.

@@B-raddDaily Honestly mate, this would only happen to me! I drank 30 raw eggs to make a new video about a new diet I was attempting next day I was ill for three days afterwards just sat on the toilet, 🤢😅😂 there where 15 egg whites per bottle maybe left in the Sun or something, anyway I had an awesome workout yesterday on Zwift followed by my Wattbike breaking! So hoping to get an engineer out for that! Still not sure whether to try and post the video of the egg whites for entertainment 😂 also I might have to make some punch bag/x3 bar workout videos only because I can’t see the engineer getting here for a week or two 😢

Similar - ish. Work tonnes, first baby born last October. Time was an issue for me. Zwoft allows for fairly quiet workouts and tome efficient! Literally just started this week. Keep it up.

@@ciarandevitt Congrats on your little one! 😃 they grow up so fast! And that’s great to hear you just got into Zwift! Mate I’m not much further ahead of you on week 16 but that’s nothing compared to some of the veterans. Literally it’s the best thing I’ve ever done. I wish you really well on your journey! And I will bud, work now just feels like a massive obstacle between me and Zwift 😂
