How long did it take you to get it? I’m a complete newbie. I ordered a stages sb20 , never cycled in my life and is really out of shape. I want to lose around 30 lbs .I am 42 years old lol.

Over a year for me, may have been over 1.5 honestly. Keep at it and be consistent in riding

10 weeks of normal riding for me. Do Ven-Top and the Alpe several times and you have it. I'm 54.

That would be impressive but the truth is that I was doing a workout which keeps your watts in the current zone or percentage of FTP. Zwift in Workout mode will automatically adjust resistance to keep you right at those watts which is what makes power trainers AWESOME!!!

Felt like forever. I didn't initially focus on the Tron bike but I think we figured if you tried really hard you could get it in 2 months or something.

We custom make these workouts. If you go to www.saltlaketriclub.com/product/kickr-lab-2019-2020/ you can do the virtual at-home option and get all the workouts that will auto upload to zwift for you.

Zwift is very shity if we talk about intuitiveness. I cant find this challange to activate it.

start a ride - stop - hit menu - and you will find the challenges in the top right corner
