Happy to help, James. This one was a memorable race - they don't all go like that. I've got plenty of what not do do's as well. Feel free to pop into our discord group for Zwift related chat. You'll find plenty of help on your goal of reaching 500, the link's on ZwiftyZwifters YT page.

I'm envious of you drifting uncomfortably close to the front on the downhill without pedalling. Outstanding performance Steve, such a win against a high caliber B field. Congrats.

Thanks RT, yes, I think my weight and height has aerodynamic benefits. I knew it was good for something. I should probably add to the commentary to be careful if you are on the lighter side. Although I'm envious of your wkg 🤣 Congrats on your result today in A cat!

What a brilliant race and impressive sprint 👌 I watched it live on Robs channel and now it was interesting to hear your thoughts / commentary 👍

Thanks Georg, hoping to pass on some of the race craft I've learned by watching others and being part of KCM.

Great race Steve! Nice use of power when it matters (in particular sitting in and recovering when possible and then hammering the sprint finish :)). Useful commentary in the video 👍

I thought I might have used the van a little too early, but it worked out almost perfect timing. There's definitely an element of efficiency to the game. I'm feeling much more confident in recent weeks knowing when to let off the power and conserve fuel to use at the pinch points of races. Hoping, viewers can take some tips as I have from watching other races videos.

Also, congratulation on your result too. I knew from the voice chat, you were giving everything to get up the KoM but wasn't sure how close it was until I saw Rob's stream. Huge effort from you 💪

😁Thanks Jonathan, your lead up the KoM up helped, even though I did lose your wheel at the top, and you were right there at the final sprint too.

Amazing race, man! I love how clinically you approached it.

Thanks Joe, I was feeling strong going into that race, and its one of my favourite finishes. I would have been happy just to hold the front group to the end. Once Jonathan lead us up the KoM - and I was still with him - I knew if I was super efficient after that point that I could have something left for the sprint.

That was an awesome race today Steve, you absolutely smashed it. That finishing sprint was insane, hitting over 1200watts! Congrats on the win! 👊💪💪💪

Thanks Mark, I'm still buzzing. I've got close to those numbers before, but never in a race when fatigued. Everything just came together, plus Rob's shouting helped.

I want to be a bit subdued here, so as to not give away how much winning in this game actually means to us adult humans, and I AM ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED FOR YOU! May you be covered in honey and champagne by your surroundings as a symbol of your godliness 🙏
@stevej_on_a_mtb10 ай бұрын
😆Yes indeed! Thank you, Thomas. I'm going to bask in that honey and champagne for as long as possible, at least until I next get dropped or my Wife gets bored of Rob's video. You forever have the Danish Championships stream and that epic breakaway. 💪
