great vid- did my 1st one last night. question. does the actual portal end when you get done with the climb or when you actually exit out the Climb Portal crazy graphics? It looks like you climbed than when hit YOU DID IT, that was the end, but then there was a flat part and then descent sometimes. I am trying to just do my best on the climb- Was wondering how far you have to go for it measure, thanks,

So the "climb" does end at the gate at the top. As soon as you cross that, you will get your time for that climb. I just use the flat but and the descent out to spin the legs out. Which one are you doing next?

When I open zwift, there was a challenge I think and it let you pick from 8 different ones

How do you get to read the data provided by the portal for each section -AFTER the event-can’t seem to access mine from any climb…..doesn’t come on Activities and not on Zwift Power ….

As in the power for each section? Or the overall time / AVG power?

@@SpinAnGrin today for instance as an example…I can’t seem to find any of my portal sections data for yesterdays climbs that then tells me my readings that showed up in the block on the left hand side of the screen …whilst I was riding…Strava doesnt obviously show it…so can’t look and see data for any of the gates ….

Yep, I know what you mean. Unfortunately the "gates" aren't defined as segments like the corners on Alpe du Zwift. So once you've left the portal, the data is gone. Your only last ditch hope would be if you saved one of the zwift pre-populated images when you completed the ride and uploaded to Strava. Let's hope these gates become segments so we can compare them after the fact

@@SpinAnGrinalpe du Zwift has had these gates for years. Seems like they have little motivation to add it. Strava only has the climb as “one” segment (did this climb this morning, waay slower)

@@charlesborlase2238 odd, I get Strava segments for each hairpin 🤷
