When I did a wonderlock recently, it was insanely difficult up until after beating the fourth gym, because up until then, Pokémon above thirty won’t listen to you, and considering the exp share is always on, and traded Pokémon gain exp faster. Gardenia was the worst, because each attack only had about a 30% chance of actually going through.

Ghetsis is objectively one of the best villains. Most Pokemon villains think they're doing to right thing but are clearly misguided (even Cyrus), but Ghetsis isn't that. He just wants power and is completely unhinged. You know you're crazy when you try to kill 10 year olds.

They just use the same sprite, it wasnt created to be a fusion of the two. In BD/SP the statue is a callback/easyer egg to the fact that they used the same sprite.

Ghetsis, while other evil team leaders are still "evil" they are only that cartoony evil which is just lame sometimes, but no, ghetsis I a full villain, he manipulates people, doesn't sugarcoat anything, and there is no good side to his plan, he just wants to rule the world for himself as the leader of the world, it actually makes it seem like if you don't beat him the world is actually doomed, while when you beat any of the other team leaders it feels like you just stopped someone else from accomplishing their ideals which aren't necessarily fully evil
