Interesting video, but it seems that the case was made to thin to reduce cost. I have made some massive cases and never had an issue.

Thickness is not a factor. You don’t save money with thinner walls. This is injection moulding not 3D printing :) Moulds are the expensive part and the plastic you use to inject is inexpensive. I don’t go into the warp analysis aspect of the case here, I have a years worth of correspondence on that subject and it will likely be a video in itself. Injection speed, pressure, points of injection, time in the mould, differential cooling, ejection, the science behind it is quite interesting.
