Your jumping seems fine. Looks like the collision detection is flawed. Also the double jump feature should be debounced. Game programmers should have you play test their games.

If this is anything like the arcade game, the other frog you see should get you bonus points if you carry it to the end. In the arcade game, it was a female frog. As for the alligator, you should be able to land on its back, but avoid the head. In the arcade game, it would open its mouth and eat you if you landed there and didn't move off quickly enough. Finally, yes, it does look really sensitive with the control pad. Have you tried the O,P and Q,A keys to see if it moves the frog?

One day. Just so busy I get to what I can when the time alots. I have 30 video games I have to create videos for and then make the sets to ship to folks so just ultra busy. But yes love my Mega ST, just hard for me right now to do much on it. Sorry.
