@@AmaryIIionit just stalls time, you can heal at any distance, the boss has recovery frames after a combo or attack that you can use to heal, continuously walking back and not healing will just allow the boss to get through their recovery frames and attack you again

He has the best camera/lock-on targeting for giant creatures in the entire game. The camera moves fast but appropriate to where you need to see. It was fun actually seeing the giant head attacking rather than only seeing a leg and then some random attack comes out of the screen, I'm looking at you Fire Giant.

There is just no respect for the devs if you do that on the first run. But the build is fine, it turns Radahn into a joke. You don't need any summons if you play shieldpoke.

Like it can trivialize some bosses like bayle but unless you are using impenetrable thorns they are way worse than most meta builds against things like radahn or rellana

One thing I've learnt from this game is that sometimes target locking can be a dual-edged blade, making the camera movements your biggest enemy. I learnt this while fighting Astel. After that, while fighting gigantic enemies or enemies who move too quick, for example Dancing Lion, Malenia, Messmer and etc, I didn't lock targets and manually chased them. It made the fights quite easy for me.

No. Literally no streamer I’ve watched outside of maybe Ella, Lobos, or even FC seem to ever bother with utilizing defense talismans or if their faith allows it, stacking defense talismans + incants. Flame protect me+flame drake talisman +3 and golden vow makes Messemer’s fire attacks hit like a wet rag

I recently did a zweihander only run of elden ring and ended the run with 60 vigor, scadu level 16, and the verdigris armour set, and I ended up with like 70% phys resistance and like 70% fire resistance with only armour and talismans. Then using golden vow + flame protect me brings to 73% phys resistance and 89% fire resistance. With the correct armour and talismans this game is just a joke.

Try it with any slashing weapon and it will be quite easy I did it in sub 10 tries with backhandblades with blood affinity in ng2+ he isn’t really hard you need to relax and you got it easy even without spirit ash

He was a fun fight, took me 1hr to beat him solo but still has fun. The biggest mistake that people make(During 1st phase)is trying to run away or backpedal. You have to dodge to the left mostly and hit him with a jump and roll attacks between combos. Being closer makes him miss several of his attacks, also fighting him by the entrance keeps him from using moves that launch him half way across the arena.

Respect to people that did this fight alone, i summoned a NPC to help, and i finished a part of the second phase alone with a loooot of stress XD Even more respect for those who killed Radhan without any help. What is cool in these videos is seeing people becoming better and better even if the fight remain hard. However, i think the difficulty in this dlc should be the maximum, sometime it feel almost too much even for a fromsoft game. It can change an epic boss fight into a very annoying and unfair fight depending of different parameters, your level, build, playing alone of not, ect.... However, most of them can be done in the "classic way" but it requier more training, more patience, and some players will probably not have it even if they finished the base game or other souls game. But i still love this dlc.
