ZZR600 Still a fun bike to ride.

My 1997 gpz500 is just as much fun. I bought a 2012 bike and had nothing but problems I couldn't fix. With my old kawasaki I have no need to plug it in at a dealers to find sensor faults. No fly by wire throttle failures. No abs pump problems. No electrical speedo sensor failures. No fuel pump pressure problems. No fuel injector leaks. Just plain old school fixes.

The most perfect all round -sport- holiday bike compared to the newer sports bike it has more character. A way more smoother on throtthle than injection shit. And comfort for sports touring all day long. And flying spectacular on track 😮😊

I really miss riding my ZZR. I love the sound of the engine and its the most comfortable bike I have ever ridden.

Have the 600 as the ongoing project. Hoping to have it sorted by Spring. A lot of work and a fair bit of Dosh. Also have the big brother, ZZR 1400.

Living in the desert, it's nice to see some green around the fun roads. When the current tires need replaced, you might consider the T32's. I really like mine, and it's getting harder to find the 120/60x17 sizing in modern rubber.

Don't suppose u have any pictures of how the coolant pipes on the bottom of the carbs go back on? I can't for the life of me remember how to reconnect them back up. 🫣
