At 22:50, I remove the charger from my Pokémon GO Plus+ and attach it to the clip next to my pillow. I go to sleep at exactly 23:00 and wake up at exactly 8:00. This gives me room for half an hour of error and inability to fall asleep so I always record a minimum of 8 hours and 30 minutes in Pokémon Sleep. Breakfast must be eaten before 9:00, so I never sleep in beyond the five minutes I take to sort my affairs within the app upon waking up. This morning, I found a shiny Psyduck (it's blue) in its 2-star sleeping style. You could say I'm epic, and I wouldn't necessarily disagree. Yeah, I'm a bit of a badass.

I work as an employee for the Kame Yu department stores, and I get home every day by 8 PM at the latest. I don't smoke, but I occasionally drink. After having a glass of warm milk and doing about twenty minutes of stretches before going to bed, I usually have no problems sleeping until morning. Just like a baby, I wake up without any fatigue or stress in the morning. I was told there were no issues at my last check-up. I'm trying to explain that I'm a person who wishes to live a very quiet life. I take care not to trouble myself with any enemies, like winning and losing, that would cause me to lose sleep at night. That is how I deal with society, and I know that is what brings me happiness. Although, if I were to fight I wouldn't lose to anyone.

Not gonna lie, for some reason I do find myself enjoying sleeping on the floor. I legit bought a good big rug, on wich I place my sheets and 3 pillows on. I was finding rugs useless before, but now I found an actual use for them! After I tried it for 2 month of floor sleeping I've noticed to sleep for less time while being way more energized. I used to be like you, staying up all night looking for that dopamine hit, but the thing is you probably won't even remember like 90% of the things you see a few days from now, and you DEFNITELY won't remember the meaningful stuff if you don't get a good nights sleep.
