Nם, Armenia isn't beautiful. But Georgia for me is the best country for cycling in the world, because of the diverse amazing landscape the people and the culture. But from the other hand: Georgian drivers are the worst in the universe.

Thanks for leaving these useful tips for cyclists planning to visit Oman! I'll be solo self-contained touring there in December and was particularly interested in the bits on where to bathe and find water.

Beautiful video. We were eager to see that part of the trip. Glad to know you’re safe after leaving Iran

I've been travelling around Iran several times and I never ever felt than country "dangerous". In fact, to me, persians and kurdish are one of most hospitable societies I ever found around the world. I guess safeness is actually more related to bike travelling than to the people you meet along.

In general yes, but at the time of the video the government was arresting foreign people. Foreign people were required to evacuate immediately. People in general are nice, it’s not the point, but when a government sends the police or the army after you, you’d better run…

Dinge wie Wassermelonen klauen kann man mal machen; man sollte aber nicht damit hausieren gehen. Da hat von den Leuten die dort wohnen niemand Bock drauf.
@cyclingforsociety2 жыл бұрын
Die Leute, die dort wohnen sind vorbei gefahren und haben uns auf unsere fragenden Handzeichen mit Daumen nach oben und Nicken geantwortet. Daher haben wir dann die Melone genommen.
