Oman - Beautiful Emptiness

We spent 2 months in this country full of endless beauty, incredible hospitality, and most likely the best wild campgrounds on this planet.
But our time in Oman was not trouble-free - after 4 days our tent broke, after 3 weeks Jan´s back rim cracked, after 4 weeks my saddle ripped apart - and no spare parts to be found anywhere - not even in the capital Muscat.
But what can happen in a country where people are always willing to help?
