About maybe 5yrs ago I tried to get one of your books from Amazon but it cancelled on me. Don't know what happened. I am interested in buying a home in Japan but not in Tokyo. Too crowded, too expensive. I've been looking into buy an Akiya. I've watched some of the videos and understand that buying one can turn into an extreme financial hardship. Yeeaah... Don't want to go down that road. I did see a listing on of the websites and it's a beautiful home but I'm leary about unseen properties. We have enough of that here in the States. I would love to buy and live abroad. I am dominican american. I don't like the politics or the behavior. In dominican republic it's nice, I love the sea, but not safe in some areas.
