@@yamamotopropertyadvisoryto1271 that’s a good thing. I have a question. I can only afford Japanese properties worth less than $20,000 I saw some in Fukuoka. Will I be able to buy the property then live in Japan which visa does that give me? I am currently not in Japan though I grew up in Japan
