13:28 quick tip for delivery Scar before you takeoff make sure to splash the creatures with slow falling, so no matter what they can’t die by fall damage it will greatly reduce the casually cow and and you could always land and apply more if it ends before the trip is finished

Arizona Mentioned! Scorpions suck, and rattlesnakes suck, but other than those two the wildlife out here is amazing! It would be pretty cool if the javalinas could stop knocking over my trash cans though

I'd need to find my calculations, but I calculated Scar's death rate based on season 9 statistics, and keep in mind that his got reset partway through. I use it to tell people if they die more on average than Scar

I totally grew up with Tortoises in my yard in AZ - If you come across one in the desert, you are legally required to notify Game and Fish department so that they can "place it" for preservation purposes. If you make a burrow to Game-and-Fish specs and ensure your yard is properly enclosed, you can be put on the adoption list. Then, the next time one is found, or some hatch (baby tortoises are freaking adorable), you might get to be it's placement.

rofl wow yet another reason i love scar XD he is like .. snake exhibit.. at the zoo.. PASS! XD exactly what i did in elementary school when the class went to the zoo and we where all led into the snake room. i noped out of there so hard ! even at 6 years old i would have nothing to do with the scaly reptiles XD

I've been stung by a scorpion, at first it's like being pricked by a rose, but it burns a lot. Then the area around the wound starts buzzing as the venom spreads, then the area goes numb. I got stung on my left middle finger. The entire finger went numb, and a portion of the back of my hand went numb, and then a strip of my arm up to my elbow went numb for a week or so. it was a strange sensation. Also, people so keep tortoises in the desert, but usually as pets, the state doesn't just give you one if you ask for it.

My question is how they end up stinging you? Where were they? I saw one scorpion one time in the evening driveway soon after moving to Florida, and thought, oh, cool, that's going to be a thing now... haven't seen one since (no, it's just an endless hell of palmetto bugs instead). I'm from the north and had been accustomed to much different bugs before.

@Ajlez I lived in Vegas suburbs. It was hiding under a large rock I had to pick up. That said they can flatten themselves to the thickness of a credit card, so they can get into a lot of places

It is a thing! Kinda. It sounds like Scar is talking about the "Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum Tortoise Adoption Program" In collaboration with the Arizona game and fish department they place desert tortoises in the care of Arizona citizens to aid in their preservation!

Not I. I don’t dislike cats. They’re enjoyable when they have more of a dog personality, and like to cuddle. Dogs will always have my heart, though. I’m not an emotional person, but dogs make me happier than anything else in this world.
