My neighbor has a 6320, sometimes the parking brake seems to slip slightly when parked on an incline. Could it be a damaged parking brake pawl? The machine might roll forward .5m before abruptly engageing the parking brake

sometimes pawl is not sitting in the correct position to lock the gear straight away, but 0.5m is a bit excessive... A broken pawl wouldn't lock the gear and a missing tooth on the gear would be audible. the only way to inspect is to remove Dropbox too. Drain hydraulic oil and remove dropbox bung to inspect the magnet.

@@mkmechanical Ok thanks! It must not move .5m, it feels like it slips though, and then the parking brake does engage hard. I will Try to check the inline filters/screens etc on the trans and range box

@@mkmechanical Ok, I did that today, cleaned the screen and added a magnet to the other drain plug. And cleaned the parking brake lever on the outside of the range box, hopefully these all help! Thanks man!!

Congratulations guys, great job. one question are hy gard good oils for these gearboxes or do you have something better to recommend. I have been told that these oils are of poor quality, that is why they are damaged

Not true, I don't see any damage caused by the poor oil quality. anything with a rating J20C will be ok. We are using Castrol at the moment with no issues.

Yes, you want HP pump plunger to have pressure stroke when the injector is activated

@@mkmechanical Thank you for the reply. I have now discovered that this is indeed the case :( apparently even the marking of the pump can be correct but the pump does not run on time. Do you perhaps have a tip for me on how I can discover whether the pump is on time?

@@turbogrunnen What's your issue exactly ? Pump should be located by the key to the pulley so unless someone didn't put a key on the shaft, your timing marks should be ok

Its at the iveco dealer at the moment. Ill give an update if i know what whent wrong.

Apperantly pumptiming does not matter. It was a turbo vacuum sensor

I did this job on my dads Jaguar xf and it took me around 12 to 15 hours to do. That was a lot of time thinking and a lot of awkward tight to reach bolts to loosen, but putting it back together was a lot quicker than taking it apart.

JD 6105R Cab pressurizing blower replacement Fairly common issue on JD 6R tractors Trouble code CLC 520715.05 For replacement of the main circulation blower, the top half of A/C housing have to be completely removed ( extra couple of minutes ).

What a nice operator, excellent work ! Wish i could get someone as dilagent to work on mine! It like pick and mix at mine oneday you get someone whos fine the next you have every bit of platic broken and half the bolts missing!

I find it hard to believe they have yet to design an engine so it would be much easier to change head gasket. The German liebherr excavator is air cooled

Hi I have smoke coming from both sides of the rocker covers oil is dripping down onto my turbos exhaust and causing smoke so I’m think both rocker covers are cracked to cause this their is a lot of oil and lost power on the car

Estoy de acuerdo sobre la falta de explicaciones y que va muy rápido. En realidad, quite la música, retrase el vídeo con las opciones de reproducción y entonces se puede ver mucho mejor lo que desmonta. Lo que importa es el orden de desmontaje para poder montar una vez la correa se haya cambiado. Sin embargo, este vídeo es para personas ya iniciadas en Mecánica, lo que significa que no comenta nada porque no es necesario para los iniciados. Le tomará más tiempo, pero puede hacerlo mirando el orden de este vídeo. Saludos cordiales.

Great video, thank you for sharing. May I ask if this bug has happened to you before and how did you fix it? The engine runs on 3 cylinders and the injector light is on.

If it's running on 3, then you are looking most likely into a faulty injector, definitely check the wiring as well, and if you can, put a scope on each injector plug to see if injectors are getting signal. It's shame that those vans can't be connected to OBD readers, but a genuine tool, so if you want to get fault codes, then you have to go to Iveco

Hi MK I have the same problem with the same side as yours. However your upload video is good but not good enough as fast forward too fast. If you are able to upload your video but NON FAST FORWARD, so I can learn from it to remove and assemble the manifold. Thanks MK

I have a 2010 XF with those two codes pending it will start but not rev up. Running fine one minute to this here in France. Is it easy to see the manifold split Insitu ?

It is visible, but this fault only comes on under the boost. I think you have air mass sensor issue if it won't rev up

@@mkmechanical Thanks for getting back to me I disconnected the MAF sensors expecting it to run on a default setting but no different. I have removed the whole exhaust system to check for a blockage but all like new and runs no different with it all off. Any advice welcome.
