It's worth knowing that Enure is also a CLEANSE. The 30% extra health (for a short time) is of limited use, but a Cleanse is always good to have.

Thank you for this guide! I've been using throw all game waiting for this to work, I even saw some conflicting reports saying you had to make sure to use the action throw and not the barbarian rage bonus action throw and then it would work EDIT: I just tested using the improvised weapon option, killing both targets and it worked and I got the achievement!

I'm trying this build right now and I'm finding at the end of the rotation and a couple of fillers that all my abilities turn of for about 6 or 7 seconds then light back up, has the rotation for Virulence changed and needs updating??

They have changed some abilities, what do you pick for PVE on 51? 3% dmg reductiono? Cause no longer you can cast some spells during movement unlees you are a healer

Room 1: Use Sanctuary on 1 Character. Room 2: Remove Curse on Judge, Insert 'Cell' Painting Room 3: Shoot person on left. Room 4: Play Chess (random placements)

crit build without the right implants 22k atm so much better build you can force them out witht he supercharge makes your next x ability crit put the right one on and did about 24k not optimized yet

Self cleanse via triage is probably your stongest heal preventing damage to you and relieving your healer from doing so. between that and the shields if you don't stand in anything you likely will be one of the last to die.
