I dont understand how to undo the stitches at the ends. After ive undone a row how to undo the next row?

Trouble is it really ISNT this simple! It’s SO easy y to twist the stitches and form by exposing hour to join the stitches on 2nd row. How can you tell if stitch He’s are twisting and Are stitch markers helpful?

Repe been something for relaxing even as a kid, but my nana always cast on to start me off, just occurred to me kids now have mobile phone games that give repetitive action, should give them thus to sit with,they'll at least create somthing thats of use x
