I start drawing 15 years ago. As a kid, when i start, I always knew I wanted to have a job in relation with art. I just should find what. Why ? this is a good question, I have an answer right now, that is mine, that is probably the good one or maybe not. Anyway, I'm still looking for and I will probably for the rest of my life. If I want to be designer, the idea doesn't came one day like a revelation. Every day since I was a kid, I draw vehicles and transports. but that is not the only reason. My family haven't a garage, never worked in automobile industry except my grandfather. Anyway, If I want to become, it's like a feeling I always have, the feeling to create from nothing, to invent something can be use one day. If I want to be designer, it's for giving a sense to my art, to my drawings and my feelings, it's for explore the invisible and to make the impossible, possible

Honestly thought the Rossolini Tempesta reminded me more of a classic Audi R8 with sound and aspects in the headlights and overall shape

The original rear end is much better i think than yours. The front of the original has this slick and wave-like curve which extends to the front bumper quite nicely as you've said. But then your rear end is just completely different. It just doesn't match the design philosophy of the front. I like the subtle change in the front air vent and the blacked out top. But the side mirrors should stay as they are. So when you're looking at it at the side it will look like a mis-match of black-red which would be pretty cool. The front glass line change you've made would also fit all these choices quite well.

I'd ALWAYS take money over an equivalently priced car coz then...I'm giving myself more options ! I can then order the car myself or order something less expensive and keeping the change. It could be a $45K Toyota, I'd still take the cheque so Frank's opening statement / question doesn't mean much to me.

Hi Frank, we were fascinated by this video and we are currently sitting with a P1 trying to find the sailfish humps design on the wing mirrors but we can't see anything. Are the humps to reduce the wind noise actually visible or is this a hidden design?

This is probably the best looking car since the 90s ended.

I completely agree that the more I look at this design the more I am annoyed by the overwrought detailing, a bit like the new Land Rover Defender……how the designers must have agonised over this and the more they did so the less simple and less cohesive it became. The whole concept of a sleek body appearing to sit on top of something technological has been done to death years ago, hell even the Calibra did it in 1989. I don’t have as big an issue as Frank about the rear and think the height is better, although the redesign of the rear valance is much needed. My biggest gripe is the headlamps and terrible surfacing of the front end which Frank has tidied up nicely. Perversely this is the area Alfa seem most pleased with as apparently the arrowhead dihedral predicts the next Design trope for production models…..I hate it when important concepts are diluted like that. So overall I think the best design is somewhere in the middle. Incidentally it is quite surprising how this redesign starts to look like a modern ATS2500, which was another Scaglione design of the same period!

I'm so sad about Tesla saybertruck, For me, there is a kind of laziness and inattention in design and psychological minimalist. I can't stand this design at all, I hope other companies don't follow such a procedure. 🫣🫤🤌😑 And this Buick concept model was really beautiful.

Such designs bring a smile of satisfaction on my face. I don't know why all car manufacturers see the future of car design as strange? And they do overstyling and exaggerated designs to sell electric cars! The automotive industry has enough beauty to inspire and create new things. Just like this one.❤

Motorcycles are different. Closest would be hotrods. The engine exposed is a major aesthetic feature of many motorcycles, the complexity contrasted with clear shapes.

Grim looking thing not worthy of being a bespoke M product. I always thought M was short for Motorsport, but maybe it really means Massive, unless Motorsport is about lardy SUVs that weigh more than Godzilla and are taller than Tyson Fury. The X5M looks far better than this.
