That entire area is invested with what the Chinese call "Trees From Heaven" but in fact they are giant "Weeds From Hell" and they blight entire neighborhoods. They drop those mass of Curly-Q looking seeds everywhere spreading the nightmare. I am surprised to see them in the area on this video.

Affordable because of Freeway, and not much for building sites? Beautiful area though. I'd rather find something with fewer questions, and more private!

Are there any EPA concerns for contamination in this area? Is this upstream of the Iron Mountain area?
@jrramirez95197 сағат бұрын
So if this property is surrounded by BLM land, do you required a permit from the federal government in order to access the property?
@robertcarey33838 сағат бұрын
1 percent property taxes = 3,300 per year Thats really not that reasonable. I live in Idaho and on an appraised house value of 525,000 I pay 1,640 per year or about 1/3 of 1 percent.

Would a permit for a barndo be hard to build on this property?
@Noobooddy18 сағат бұрын
If a Barndo were allowed, a building fire sprinkler system would be required with dedicated water tank, water capacity determined by square footage of dwelling. Is Dog Creek a registered navigable waterway?

I'm going to say I doubt it but you can check with the county building department.

There's only one problem it's in California. everyone with any sense is moving out
@NoobooddyКүн бұрын
The wife and were two who moved-out. Los Angeles county is a hellscape infested with over 150,000 validated gang members. Went to Idaho. Woke up one morning and looked out window and there was this white stuff covering everything. Cold too, garage was 18F. Then the power went out for a few hours and didn’t have any heat. This was the same time parts of Texas went without electricity for an extended time, I think a couple of weeks. Come summer, it was hot and humid and had to run the AC continuously. So, what would do if there was an extended grid down situation and didn’t have heat. So, after 8-months, we decided to move to California Central Coast. One mile from the beach and average annual daytime temperature is 68F. It will be three years this October. Only need heat from late November to mid-February, and no more shoveling the stupid cold white stuff. Nothing beats coastal living.
@robertcarey33838 сағат бұрын
@@Noobooddy I have lived in Idaho 10 years and the power has been out 20 minuets total in those 10 years. I live in Star and the snow averages 10" per year. I grew up in Fullerton 10 miles from the ocean and the day I left California was the happiest day of my Life, I have returned twice to attend funerals, and absolutely couldn't wait to get the hell out of there........To each his own.

Always interesting watching a guy that knows nothing about gold mining trying to find gold, do you want to find some gold? if there’s any gold it would’ve been where that raft was there was some big rocks there look right behind those rocks there is any gold in the creek. that’s where it would be. Or a good place to look.
