Thank you! That is a bit far for me to travel to sell land. I try and stay within an hour of Redding. Shasta and Tehama Counties.

what pisses me off the most is that you can buy land, own it, and still be told what to do with it. this is not and never was the American way. it was simple, you own land, you build whatever the hell u want and do whatever the hell u want. how is it that you can buy and own land but still be taxed on it and still be told what to do with it. that should be illegal in my opinion. if i want to put 10 houses on 40 acres then so be it.

If things worked fine for a family 3 people an outhouse was fine! Water from river was fine they screwed it all up!

Do you have any knowledge of the laws of eastern states? I’m planning to move from North Carolina to Florida or anything in between

Unfortunately, I do not as I am only licensed in CA. Some of what I said could apply but I have no experience in any other state. I'm sure an agent in those states could help you though.
