Nice to hear your views and experience of it! I've just bought a roller version, now under the guise of SNRC. I plan on racing it at club level first, and if it proves competitive and the BRCA decide to introduce a 1/8 eTruggy class, then I'll venture down that road with it doing some events when work allows. My plan with it to start things off is to try the following (as it's what I use in a Hobao Hyper SSTe): 600cst front shock oil, 550cst rear shock oil, 10k to 15k cst front diff oil, 300k cst centre diff, and 7k to the rear diff. It'll be having a Hobbywing sensored 2250kv and XR8 combo installed with 4S up its chuff... also a 1/8 truggy race wheel/tyre set with an AGF servo. If it performs as well as the Hobao does or even better, I'll be very happy indeed.

I can tell why ur channel never took off, you've got tons of awesome rc's that people really wanna see with running vids and reviews of, but the content, no offence is so boring! U never rip on the rc's just drive in circles on grass or pavement, Hardly jump anything, u were even at a few BMX tracks and did nothing but a teaser on them. And then the reviews, one standard shot where u can't see the RC, no showings things, closeups, etc. People wanna see the different construction of how they're made and whatnot. Just some constructive criticism.ayne it's too late, this latest video is 3yrs old. Too bad cause you've had so many wicked fifth scales people really wanna see. Cheers

Hi Anthony, I was looking at getting one of these or a highly upgraded DBXL (both Petrol). Would you take the DBXL over the DHV2 for fun factor? As someone said, so many of these DHV2's come up for sales hardly used so that must say something.

Note don’t buy knock offs buy a proper 45cc from rc max too be honest the hpi Rovan clones are definitely a cheaper way to make a more genuine product he’ll you can buy better parts that are cnc and not plastic make a clone into a hpi won’t be able to tel a difference when you slap better hardware on it won’t surprise me if the cheap clone gears glow red hot so it’s probably a good idea to get a proper drive chain system for it aswel

I’d strip that down and port n polish. Match the head to the bottom end as u can’t be sure of the finishing internally
