Me too. I got started guitar making because I couldn't afford a PRS custom shop.

your guitar looks nice I think. It would be nice to see a completed picture up close of it so we could see the finished product. MIke

I love watching just for the woodworking craftmanship, but then the clunky soldering gun comes out and my inner NASA Certified Soldering expert comes out and screams "Nooooooooo!!!" in the background..... 🤣

Wowww you got a nice workshop there. I only saw the video title and thought : Okay I wanna see that , building a guitar ain't peanuts. Seeing all the machinery it was obvious this wasn't your first project😁 You got skills and the right tools, perfect combi to make good stuff, like that guitar. Well done!

I always loved the idea of "Barncaster" type guitars but I don't really like teles and strats that much so it's cool to see something similar with a different shape for once

I watch ALL of your videos & wish just once you would do something like THIS^^^ as a Bass Guitar

Happy New Year. Nice take on a headless V, and with an Endur Neck to boot. Nice overall proportions too. Black/ gold is always classy, and does make the Ziricote fretboard pop - but not going to lie - I would have really liked to see what the red would have done once the finish was applied to it. (Especially if you'd done an oil finish, like the neck) I love seeing what new ways you have come up with to create the Orbital logo, and how it appears once you start sanding. I've seen the crushed stone versions - but the metal powder is really nice.

I don't believe that you can't afford it--but why would you want to buy one if you have the tools, knowledge, and skill (and the wood!) to make something better?

Enjoyed the video thanks, I think the only negative is the orange peel in the lacquer but it’s a guitar at the end of the day. Well done.

Just came across your video and am really excited for you!!! This is no half-assed attempt, this is the real deal!! The woods, the detail and the equipment that went into this guitar is fabulous!! It’s been 6 months since you posted this video and I am wondering how many requests you’ve received for you to build other guitars for people? If I had the $$ I’d be asking you, that’s for sure. Congratulations on one hell of a build. Thanks for a GREAT video as well…

Guess folks don't realize what it takes to build a guitar and film the whole thing. Then edit, add audio, post it, and have every jackass west of the Mississippi come in and give their two cents. Folks if you want to talk smack about the build then at least have the balls to post your own work showing us what an expert you are. We can all learn something. Then everyone won't think you are the asshole you really are for being a jerk to a guy sharing his build with us. Some of us appreciate the work he did and like the build.

As usual, a mistake in the hands of a craftsman turns into a beautiful touch. Nice work! Honestly, that top offsets any finish issues. That's just me but I'm pretty picky at times. That is still a damn nice instrument. That should sell.
