The states and local governments explicitly do not have the right or jurisdiction to enforce anything having to do with weapons or the use or carry of weapons. That all falls under federal jurisdiction because that is a federally enumerated right and federal law. Allowing state and local governments to change and modify our rights and forcing citizens to assert their rights in court costing 10's or 100's of thousands of dollars, jail time or even costing their lives to do so is not legal. It is criminal. In order for the Constitution to be law and for the bill of rights to be law, they must be congruent on every square inch of US owned territory. PERIOD.

People who knows law and have the ability need to be contacting him and his family to appeal this and fight it all the way to the supreme court. It needs to happen just as badly as CRS needs people to fight to get him back out of jail. Shroud have told that you will seek a second opinion from another judge to ensure the law has been applied correctly and if this case has any resemblance to any of his/her past rulerings. That will more then certainly strike fear in that person because if they are found guilty, they not only loose their license as a judge, but they also get sentenced extremely harshly and all past cases that were found to have similar verdicts under similar circumstances will be not only reevaluated, but also if the sentence gives was unjust, the case can be broth back to trial and the name of that person cleared of any wrong doings.
