I feel the reason it gets bad gas mileage is it makes you hammer down alot more. Has anybody done a real test of normal driving stock and normal driving cammed? Just curious

My Dad spent 20 years building a blown Anglia (671 Dyers on a 400 SMC), he wrapped his first set of custom built Sanderson headers and NEVER drove the car in the rain. Zero racing or Dyno, just shows on the weekends and blew a hole in pass set just a couple years after installing/driving. If you value your vehicle/equipment in any way, don't do it. Just my biased opinion. 😂🤷‍♂️

This man is bringing the fuckin facts. My 2012 was having the same issues, literally a 15 minute fix. Probably one of the best fixes for free I've ever seen on any vehicle ever. Use the pencil eraser trick like others have mentioned. Works perfectly on the contacts.

Here in 2024 to say this just worked for me! Son put the back window down and couldn't get it up. Drivers switch has been wonky for a while. Also used a little rubbing alcohol on the connections and got some corrosion off. Took maybe 15 minutes start to finish

I have had this problem for about 7 months, it was driving me crazy. Sometimes I could get the passenger side window down but it wouldn’t always go back up. I would continually press the driver side controls to get it to come up once I got it down. Sometimes it wouldn’t come up at all. I was fed up and just about to call someone to fix it. I stumbled upon your video, looked pretty easy. 15 minutes later, window is working! Easy to follow and best of all I could actually SEE EVERYTHING you were doing. Amazing KZbin.

Hey, YO!!!! Taking this thing apart made it work perf again. Cleaned the contacts with a good pencil eraser and then a tiny amount of Dielectric grease on a q-tip on all contacts. It’s not that hard, just don’t pry on the plastic stuff like a gorilla and you’ll be ok.

what series Flowmaster were you running?

So I just put one on my Volkswagen Jetta tdi turbo diesel and it’s kind quiet, but how long do you think it will take to get it going

Omg I spent the morning checking wires and fuses with no luck… just happened to come across this video, tried it and it worked! Amazing because it seemed like it wasn’t really dirty. Been having these problems for a minute just dittling with it until it would roll up but today was the day dittling didn’t work. Try this if you’re having these problems, it was so easy!
