Troubleshooting This Problem For Over a Year... Fixed Within 5 Minutes

Are you running the valve cover breathers and pcv to the intake ? I removed mine years ago so the engine only breathes fresh air. I capped/cancelled the PCV line and I'm running the valve cover breathers to the atmosphere via an exhaust evacuation system. Keeps the intake clean and the intake temps loooooooow

Yeah the breathers are still there. I’ll definitely look into that!

My last comment seemed to disappear not sure why. Anyways you can log several spark related histograms to tell you whats pulling timing, in your case the adaptive idle was pulling timing to keep your idle down on your (overspeed) table. Your assumption was more then correct what a good find, its so easy to overlook. If you ever need any help i can send you a message on instagram I’ve been tuning with this style truck for years, i can look over any of your tunes or logs.
