I'd heard him on the radio in the late 60s and thru the 70s - my siblings were much older than I. Not until now could I appreciate JB's tunes.

My wife had every JB album you could get. A few years before she passed away we saw Jackson (outdoor concert) in Eugene Oregon. Real hot that day and Jackson put on an incredible show and played all our favorite songs. My fondest memory of my favorite Singer/Songwriter and the Woman who was my Life. God bless you Jackson Browne you are truly a treasure!

I never would have imagined country music industry would allow itself to be made a mockery of like it is now the past 15yrs or more really what's been allowed to happen to the greatest gift to the music industry the music that brings out the best music the best lyrics the best musicians greatest singers the purest form of music there is how the country music industry heads could allow this garbage this pig slop country music has become is reprehensible i can see pop music being watered down lowering the standards because pop is not something that has ever had integrity thought provoking lyrics very little anyway very few great singers a few great pop bands but it is pop music it's not a genre of music that is to be taken seriously like country music is country music is a way of life it is life experiences it has been made a mockery of on purpose everything the white race holds sacred is being destroyed our culture our music everything pure facts the worst part about it is it's a very tiny number of our own race behind this evil white men that had never invented anything built anything created anything there just power hungry politicians & entertainment & news networks that want to replace intelligent self reliant think for themselves AMERICANS that believe in law & order pride n America love God & family values they want to replace us with illegals uneducated incompetent welfare dependant people easy to manipulate country music is just 1 of the things white Americans the race that founded created & built everything in this country the mockery of country music is just 1 of many things this country has lost to these demons our culture is being replaced by black rap & hip hop trash culture

Seeing him old like this makes me realize how quckly our lives pass. I met him once backstage at the Syria Mosque in Pittsburgh on his Pretender Tour. Luckily I met David Lindley also. He (david) left quite an impression on me. Jackson had his son Ethan there also. It was a magical moment in my life.

Growing up in the 70s and 80s, Jackson Brown was old people music, for some reason I survived, and understand it now. Amazing. Absolute respect. I thaught it was keyboard until I saw it on Austin city limits, fucking beautiful. What a long strange trip it's been.

Thanks to Jackson Browne, one of the best good guys in American music. We are working on preserving the musical legacy of Wayne Perkins. Maybe we could get a quote for the film and book? www.youtube.com/@fast2write

JB is not only a great musician but also a gifted master poet and song writer. He’s truly a reverse prophet who reminds us, of what we once were and what will be. 😊 His lyrics have so many deep and resounding messages, that it takes a superior intellect to understand and comprehend the lyrics, but yet we all have lived and are living them everyday in life. If we take the time to listen, comprehend and enjoy his music, then we would realize how unique and special Jackson Brown is, JB takes a back seat to no one.
