Hi guys, greetings from the U.K. Elon is an exceptional human being, as a TSLA stock holder I am very concerned about some of his recent decisions. The first was his decision to acquire Twitter, this made no sense to me. The second and more worrying was getting into bed with Trump. Elon is very intelligent, Trump is a barely functioning moron - ‘let’s drink bleach and shove a torch up our arses to beat COVID’, remember that one? Elon builds successful businesses using amazing first principles thinking; Trump has bankrupted 6 businesses. Trump destroys the people who surround him - Rudy Giuliani? I think the relationship with Trump will be disastrous for Elon and will impact Tesla significantly. Not straight away, but at some point in the next 2 years this intellectual mismatch is going to go bad.

There are asteroids that are crazy rich in gold/platinum etc. Can a Starship go with a bunch of Tesla Bots and mining equipment, and scoop 50,000kg of gold and platinum and bring it back? 50,000kg gold ~= $4B What would that cost per trip? The goal is to make a Starship launch cost a few $M. I'm assuming they'd have to do at least 2 launches (One Starship at least to refuel a Starship that's already in orbit)? What kind of investment would be required to develop the mining technology? Could they be making trips to asteroid belt w/ mining equipment for ~$50M? Come back w/ $4B? Railroad to the asteroid belt! Total market cap of gold is ~$17T

~100 L3 stalls at a site, yet according to Craig Irwin, “There's nothing that Tesla has that Toyota doesn't”. Another example of what Tesla haters choose not to see 🙈 or hear 🙉 because their emotions control them.

The moonbase will only be for a few people if NASA plans are executed. Using Boring Company Prufrock to build underground colonies, Hyper loop to add normal gravity for living pods running in loops to work in normal gravity, safe from radiation or meteor impacts. If you manage successful mining there, you can use mag accelerators to push finished metal to lunar orbit to build microgravity ship yards and truely massive interplanetary transports the size of oil tankers (Starships running as "shuttles" to gravity wells. 16 Psyche would be a good mining prospect.

1. There's no money in solar panels and honestly it kind of undermines the episode to hear that brought up. There's a massive glut of supply from China which is crashing prices and there's no tech advantage Tesla can exploit. Autobidder is a different thing an worth something, stationary storage is fine and is going to very quickly become commoditised. 2. It's not obvious that as soon as optimus works it'll take all human labour. For instance sure maybe it can walk around a park picking up trash but can it be an electrician who has to crawl into a tiny space and work out which of a dozen coloured wires are the right one to cut and splice? Human labour is a spectrum from the trivial to the ultra complex and it's not obivous how hard it is to teach optimus the harder ones. Even picking up trash in a park is hard. Is a random tennis ball trash? What if it just got thrown for a dog? Is a half finished bag of chips trash? What if it's on a picnic blanket with someone sitting there?

Well, I feel investors should be focusing on under-the-radar stocks, and considering the current rollercoaster nature of the stock market, Because 35% of my $270k portfolio comprises plummeting stocks that were once revered and I don't know where to go here out of devastation.

The safest approach I feel to tackle it is to diversify investments. By spreading investments across different asset classes, like bonds, real estate, and international stocks, they can reduce the impact of a market meltdown.

The economics of Mars might make sense from a business standpoint with its direct access to the Asteroid Belt. Can the materials be practically mined and create revenue? Could they be used to transform Mars? Could the asteroid Ceres, having more frozen water on its surface than Earth, have any value for Mars - or as a way station for Mars and the other planets.

That’s a really good outlook. What level is SpaceX at? I think SpaceX falcon nine is like the roadster First generation. There starship program is like their model S platform and now it’s becoming their model X platform I think they are trying to make There model three or Y Platform. But I think that that is way further down the line. I have to do mass production of rocket engines production starship booster that is further down the line at their model S Add X. Ther STARLINK is getting Better. STARLINK Is getting way better. They have produced their first generation second generation third fourth and fifth and sixth generation Dish for consumers. The same time they have upgraded their satellites. They’re just waiting on starship to launch their better satellites. I think that this is going to be an exciting future.

Voice to text absolutely fails on iPhone. How many times did I have to re-correct because it didn’t even make sense. Or if it didn’t know how to spell STARLINK I had to say each letter out because it won’t receive it otherwise.

Solar farms are not an energy solution for the grid. All the calculations put forward always involve 100% efficiency and ignore the cost of the land, the cost of back up which requires conventional replication or batteries. The fact they need replacing every 15 years They are also extremely vulnerable to storms. They require regular cleaning and maintenance over vast areas. They don’t produce base load electricity. Elon thinks America requires 200 miles by 100 miles of panels to power the whole country. That’s 20,000 sq miles. Now imagine the cost of that land and imagine the emissions involved in sourcing the materials and manufacturing that area of panels then transporting them and installing them, cleaning and maintaining them, providing back up batteries and then replacing the lot every 15 years.

Mars is really far away… so I wonder if we should first be on moon, with a massive base there…. And after that’s accomplished, then we could go to mars. It seems like it’s too hard …. And who wants to risk their life to go there, when the place is DEAD 100% INHABITABLE. …. And also I will say, if Mars were a planet that resembled earth, where it apparently HAD life forms, and was livable - then I can see the desire to go there…. And to say that we can just simply create / terraform mars - sounds kinda far fetched. The earth is very special. It has a core that is a giant magnet that reflects solar radiation. Mars doesn’t have this apparently, which is why it’s barren. If God were to fix it, we could go. The Lord Jesus would have to do it. I support Elon, but the mars has to be a “just visiting” thing. This is kind of like people in the time of Jesus trying to go across the pacific or Atlantic. It wasn’t possible, and those that did try - died.
