I am curious to know if you thought of adding a curved background display now that these curved ultra wide monitors have become more commonplace. Could have a dynamic display with mutara nebula, regula 1, space background etc? Seems perfect for your particular project?

Ford heads on a Cadillac engine and the headlights aren’t installed properly. I think you need to learn what it is before you start building the car. You just made yourself look like an idiot.

StarTrek 1-6 ships do not have red and green nav lights on the Suacer. The Reliant actually had soft Amber and Red Nav lights on the Saucer and the Enterprise has soft Amber and White.

This kit needs a revamp! Needs to be 50% larger because lighting the bird of prey is a pain! Too many wires to pit in the body and winga!

What size model was this? I have the 1/350 model and have on order the pod bay. But I can’t get bits for the cockpit the HAL computer and the airlock etc……. I assume I will have to make the bits myself.

I built one of these on the garage floor as a kid in 1977

I built this kit 20 years ago in the 4 (black underside) color SEA camouflage. I added resin seats and scratch built the wheel wells and bomb bay and used the Hasegawa 1/72 weapons kit to add Mk 82's to the underwing hard points. I used brass tube through the wings and into the fuselage to strengthen the wing joint. Overall it was a fun build but you need LOTS of shelf space for the finished model.

Excellent model. The monolith’s dimensions were in the ratio 1 to 2 to 3 squared ie. 1x4x9.

If only...if only I can do that "Nice" as yours and got enough resources to buy and do as yours I would like to build our RMAF MKM version. It's really suited this conversion if anyone can do it please show us.

What period is this paint scheme? I am contemplating several builds of B-52s. One would be the earliest operational variant, built in-flight, and immediately following a model of the Boeing KC-135A Stratotanker USAF Airborne Refueler in natural metal, its boom extended. The USAF had a refueler version of the Boeing C-97 Transport; I Had one ever replenished in-flight a Convair B-36D Peacemaker USAF Long-range Bomber? ...
