Start to finish build of my Trumpeter 1/32 SU-30. Detailed time lapse video of the entire process. Difficulty level above average. A few manufacturer issues along the way. About 2 weeks to complete. Enjoy...

I am not really keen on this sort of time lapse videos as the build is so quick and you didn’t indicate what colours you using. I wished you had talked your way through it making it easier for some one like me to understand what you were doing and if you encountered any problems. The finished model looks great and I only hope my SU-30 turns out as good as yours.

I was surprised you still use testors glue. I haven’t used that in years.

Sir hi, the world of modelling has advanced two folds, so please stop using tube glue, use Tamiya`s extra thin, its fantastic

Just starting the SU27 1/32 trumpeter. I think this video will help me ( seems to be similar build). Especially for landing gear. My first surprise was how huge is the fuselage. The finished model will be 80 cm long ! I need to invest in a bigger apartment))))

Sebastien FACQ Russian planes are BIG. The 1/48 SU-27 is about the same size as a 1/32 F-18

Very Nice Build indeed. That front strut was a build in it's self. Do you know if the Ukrainian Air Force have these SU-30's?

No it isn't. Dude. No preshading, no washes, no weathering, no one wires on landing gears. this is 1/32 scale, but its look like 1/72. It's terrible.
@modelfanaddict2.0456 жыл бұрын
Hello Artem, , I read your comment. I was not interested in washing or superdetailing this build, because I chose to do it pretty much box-stock. This video was more intended to show those who may be interested in building the Trumpeter SU-30, what they can expect when they open the box. After my 40+ years of model building, I like to think it looks better than a 1/72 scale version.
