You know about The Princess and the Frog . It was released on December 11, 2009 . To me it’s not controversial because of the character Tiana . It’s a great 👍 Disney animated movie 🍿

Now I finally know why Splash Mountain at both Disneyland and Walt Disney World was rethemed and reimagined into Tiana’s Bayou Adventure because the Disney movie 🍿 Song of the South which inspired Splash Mountain was a controversial movie 🍿

Splash Mountain at Disneyland closed permanently on May 31, 2023 to be reimagined into Tiana’s Bayou Adventure and the updated ride opened on November 15, 2024

I'm currently working on a video on why Tiana Bayou's adventure works at Disneyland than Magic Kingdom. Other than that, I really am impressed from what I've seen online at Disneyland and hope to ride it in the future! ❤

It’s interesting to me, that both in Florida and California, they’re having trouble with the flumes often. Yes the animatronics are kind of problem, but I’m surprised about the flumes since these rides have been operating for 30-ish years.

i've visited twice in the past two weeks (sunday, nov 3 and friday, nov 15) and have gotten a total of 5 rides on tiana's. So far, I have gotten TWO EVACS (on separate days). I must have some really bad luck or something 🤷♂

I don't root for demise, i just feel like Disney could done something better than this- wish they would've reused some animatronics. @@superbubsymariobobcat1097 it’s not horrible it just needs some enhancements here and there (get rid of the screens, add the villain, add some America Sings Frogs just for spice) The Disneyland one isn’t as sloppy as the WDW version and I hope they eventually get it up to its full potential Splash is gone forever - be happy it was there once but it’s time to say goodbye
