I think it's the fact that the girl is speaking Japanese but they dubbed it all in English. It would've been more natural if they just kept the original Japanese audio and added English subtitles instead.

It's easy. The grape seeds are ground with the picks and left to ferment. The process starts by itself thanks to yeast that is found on the husks of the beans. The most important thing is to monitor the sugar level. This is done with a special thermometer called a sugar meter. In the case of red grapes, fermentation begins at around 23 degrees. If the sugar content is less or more than this, fermentation may not start. This can be controlled by adding sugar dissolved in water when the sugar content is low or by adding only water when the sugar content is too high. The formula is 1 kg. sugar per 100 kg. grapes increase the sugar level by 1 degree. In the video, the man shows how the material is transferred during fermentation. This is done with a hose and a bucket. However, it is much easier if he is simply stirred with a wooden stake. During fermentation, a turbulent process begins. The material begins to boil and increase in volume. This is what this procedure is for. When the fermentation is finished, the wine is ready. It is drained from the can and placed in glass bottles, oak barrels, plastic tubes or what have you. The wine is waited for some time before consumption, because the older it is, the better it is.

I make wine too, but hillbilly wine, not this fancy stuff. I've bought Italian wine, and it was good. But i like the simple fact that i can make wine for $5-$6 instead of paying $20 for one bottle

Shows how with the right ingredients you don't need to be so precise for decent mozzarella. I think most people who are failing mostly havethe wrong milk, and not geeting their rennet and acid levels right.
