Nutritional yeast tastes terrible and Does Not Taste Like Cheese! It also doesn’t taste ‘cheezy’ either whatever that means.

Thank you for suggesting the nutritional yeast. It is rich in vitamin B12 which is an essential vitamin for vegans. I used to add turmeric for yellowing, but it gives the tofu a non-eggy flavor. I prefer to use black Indian salt (which looks pink). It adds the eggy flavor to the tofu. 😋

For those saying it does not work try this⬇️ Cut by a sink to rinse the knife often. Open the window! I cut to freeze so I bagged it immediately after cutting, and cut safely but pick up the speed! NO tears for me :) Thank you for showing me this method!

I add some black salt at the end of cooking. Do not add black salt (Kala Namak) while cooking because cooking black salt alters its flavor.

I love Silk and one called Planet Oat. They make it in Caramel, Vanilla and Coffee Cake flavors. Love it. I do love Silk and it foams up nicely to create a latte if you froth it
