I make these alll the time! Lol. It's super fun to create different variations as well too. Totally recommend using peanut butter and then a fruit puree then cover it with chocolate for a "pb & J" vibe. It's also so yummy with almond butter as well!

LOL Thank you! I'd honestly try them with no oil at all - I think it just helps the peanut butter and chocolate be less thick so you can spoon them in easier. I wonder how a little splash of non dairy milk (like soy) would do?

Oh that sounds delicious! I did end up giving it a go without the oil (had all the ingredients and was waiting on trick or treaters, couldn’t wait 😂), and I do think that was probably the main benefit - the peanut butter was a little trickier to pour in smooth and maybe the chocolate at the very end, but honestly the end result was the same, they were layered and tasted great!!
