I honestly don't know how any one makes money out of this machine. Batching christmas ornaments with engraving takes over 2hrs for 15 of them. Not only that, it kicks out so much dust and grime you end up doing a decent amount of clean up after every batch. Eight minutes per ornament may not sound like much, but it adds up. I guess it is much quicker than making them by hand but I didn't anticipate babysitting my laser for 8 hrs at a time.

How often do you recommend cleaning the machine?
@everygooddaydesigns
@everygooddaydesigns 12 күн бұрын
@@michelledawson6804 It really depends on how much it is used. If you are using it for multiple projects each week I would clean it about every two to four weeks. If you have a slow month then it can go longer. However I usually look at the fans on the top of the laser head and the bottom to get a good idea of how dirty it is. If it has a lot of build up I usually clean it. (I personnaly think this is the best way)

Thank you for the video! Short and to the point. Great tips on some things I was thinking about. Sorry just doing a lot of research to make sure I get what I need but, will the 40W engrave on materials without purchasing the 2W? Also how is it with acrylic? Thanks again for the video and your time!
@everygooddaydesigns
@everygooddaydesigns 12 күн бұрын
@@michelledawson6804 yeah, the 2W is mostly for metals since the 40W diode is on a different wave length it won't engrave alot of metals. Acrylic is a little difficult because each color cuts differently but it does cut and engrave acrylic. My wife cuts acrylic pretty often but you would have to figure out specific settings and write them down after doing some testing

@amconsole
@amconsole 23 күн бұрын
The laser module impacts price way more than some of the accessories and You had pretty much nothing to say on that. Would the 20W module still cut thicked pieces in 2 passes and what does a cut made in 2 or three passes look like compared to a single pass cut? Is there more charring, does it leave the edge not square to the surface? If the only reason to get the 40W is to cut thicker wood, then it’s probably the most important choice.
@everygooddaydesigns
@everygooddaydesigns 22 күн бұрын
@@amconsole the 40W can increase the speed for your cuts and the depth. The concern I think you should have with the charring isnt a big deal if you have the air assist. The air assist helps with reducing the burn marks and it causes deeper cuts for both laser modules. Pricing wasn't a concern when doing this video because I mostly wanted to inform the viewers about the parts available.

That’s the first step and afterwards you need to leave it. Repent means to turn away from sin! As a believer in YESHUA ie Jesus we are still under the law ie teaching of the first five books of the Bible for YESHUA ie Jesus said I did not come to abolish the law but to confirm it!!! When Paul said the law leads to death he was talking to Jews and if you read on what he is say is the law leads to deal without YESHUA ie Jesus because no man is without sin.
