Does this work with the newer DJI FPV goggles? Thanks. Great work!

It would, if you used the DJI Air Unit instead of the old Occusync Race Goggles.

So my understanding is This is one shots no recharge. One its open and exposed to air it starts producing power at that point its use it or loose it once the reactions is running there is no shutting it down ? And core must be replaced after it is expired. Is this correct ? How long is it good for once exposed to air ? How long before?

I’m having same issues. I did the calibration twice and still drifting to the right. What is causing this? I’ll try to calibrate again, but is it prop related? Satellite? CPU?
@jyunte4 жыл бұрын
I think it's firmware related, specifically how it handles the information it receives from the compass. DJI didn't care. On their forums I had week over a hundred responses with literally dozens of people saying "Me too" before DJI deleted the thread. After recreating the thread, they moved it to another, less popular forum. Now, the Mavic Pro is outdated and they aren't interested in fixing it. The video, above, is the last time I flew it.

This is GREAT! Probably one of the most helpful videos I've come across in setting up my new station. I have now purchased, assembled mounted the H422 on a mast in my back yard. It's connected to my Yaesu 897D. Now I need to get it tuned. Would you consider making a video about how to tune this antenna? (without cutting the tubing.) This is all super new to me. MANY MANY Thanks for making this one and 73!! KM6WFU

At 8:00 I was doing this on my car. When I touch the insulated loading coil on my hf antenna it would really cut the noise down. Glad it’s a good sign! When tree branches brush against my antenna and coil it does the same thing.

Nice thing to do guy's congtulations .Now i have heard of folks putting antenna's inside flag poles and i know how much you folks over in the Usa like to show the Stars and Stripes .Now dont tell me that you are not allowed to fly the flag , i live in Scotland and its pretty lax here regarding antennas especially if you own your own home .
@jyunte4 жыл бұрын
Not even allowed to put up a flagpole there!

This was SUPER helpful and I have now purchased all the pieces. I don't need to fit it in the attic though so I bought a pole mast. Should I run the antenna tuner up to the top and just use a short connector to the antenna or should I leave the tuner at the bottom of the mast and run up a longer line from the base to the antenna at the top? Thanks for making this!!

same here, the need to correct for drift (by pushing the fly sideways stick) is a nuisance, in particular as the drift does not seem to be regular but "on and off".. Flight modes (like "tap fly" don't work - or not very well - when flying longer distances at low altitude.. I hope I can find a good fix (have already recalibrated everything), as I quite often use drone footage for my "golf & tesla" channel.

I live in an HOA with antenna restrictions. They don't want anything visible from the front street. However, there are several satellite dishes that are clearly visible from the street, but they turn a blind eye to them. So, let's see if they are going to harass me about my 30' inverted V, which will be visible from the street IF you are looking for it. If not, it will be barely visible.

Years ago, I put up some antennas without anyone seeing them. I am not a HAM but I just wanted to be able to use my scanners and shortwave receivers. I got some plastic downspout and mounted it on the side of the house, next to a window so that it went all the way up to the rain gutter. Inside the downspout was a vertical, four element, wire antenna for my shortwave receiver and a three element, wire antenna for my scanner. I made the antennas and they were not the best I’ve used, but they worked ok.

Yes this is very special in video and audio quality as well. As a huge fan, it is a given that I admire, respect, appreciate, and enjoy his musicianship as well as his band of course, making all his songs a treat to me. A new treasured concert to add to my favorites. Frampton is such a personable likable, funny, friendly, laid back, musicians, musician, and even humble making him even greater, just letting the music do the talking. Well, and the voice box too of course. :) He is always super excited to do what he does so impressive to me, as a fan, and fellow musician, that at times my focus from just his music, to who he is as a person, thereby basically doubling the appreciation and overall benefits I can always count on with the power of music. When anyone enjoys what they are doing for a living, to a degree they are living the dream. Now when that just happens Frampton, playing music, on his guitar, for all these years, and still as excited as he has ever been just to know he gets to do what he does make me happy just watching his face from the earliest of days, still excited and happy as ever in these winding down the career stage. Thank you for making this available.

An auto-tuner at the feed point seems to be one of the most important points of many stealth antenna solutions. This allows one to put the antenna in the hiding place where it will perform optimally and feed it with concealed or buried coax.
