Lena, I was so mad at Biden, he looked pale, we all knew the rest. I wonder if someone slipped him some kind of Mickey because he was all out of it. No voice, no comment just a blank look. Not only do they not mention that Biden had been on international flights and expending more energy than most of us do in a day, then a domestic flight to be at the debate, etc., etc.... imho, when you're around a huge energy - and a negative, malignant one at that, a sensitive, super-intelligent person WILL feel the psychic attack and unfortunately have a reaction. As Brian Tyler Cohen pointed out, Biden is not too old for office, he is too old to campaign and deal with that kind of bizarre MAGA crap. He's doing a GREAT job and with his delegates and cabinet, he'd do a great job for another 4 years. Besides which, if he drops out or leaves at any point after the election, we get amazing Kamala!!! having our ducks in a row for that eventuality is just as important as keepign Trump out of office!

Most Democrats realize Joe can get the job done (as he already has); he is backed by a team of well-educated advisors and he stands for who we want to be as a Nation; a Democracy. Trump stands for Autocracy and just about everything that is evil; he is Hitler and Mussolini all rolled into one. 💙💙💙

Seeing Trump be a lying bully again eclipsed Biden’s occasional stumbles. Hearing trumps voice reawakened my anxiety and reminded me of how calm I’ve felt since Biden has been in office. I’m still voting for Biden no matter what and refuse to jump ship.

No one could do well having to "debate" with a malignant, narcissistic sociopath. That was the most atrocious thing to put ANYONE in a debate with that maniac. The moderators were completely negligent in setting up rules of conduct-- no lying, no bullying, no disrespectful statements. Just FACTS. Then the mic should have cut everytime 34 spoke. The whole thing was a set up for convict 34 to have his media frenzy and make money for corporations who went pushed the total drama queen follow-up. . We know Biden is not a good orator (and he had a cold) AND we all know that trump is a despicable, lying bully. He proved again. It was abusive to have Biden participate in the bully show, and it was abusive for the world to have to witness it. His campaign people need to have a really good re-think about their strategy. Let's choose democracy over fascism. That means supporting a president with a proven lifetime track record. We All need to work to win this fight. Take action and join organizations that help us call, write, postcards to dems and progressives in critical states and elections across the country to wipe all republicans from leadership positions across the nation. Boycott corporations that republicans run. Call your reps to tell them how you feel. Help register voters and protect our voting locations from morons who will interfere. Use your rights whilst you still have them. Take our country back from these christo-neo-fascists who promote Project 2025. It is their manifesto. They are blatantly telling us who they are and what they plan to do. Do not allow this. We The People can band together and conquer them. Vote blue up and down this country in all elections and in November. We are in this together.

I think the people around Joe Biden over prepared him for the debate. They should have just let him be himself. He was giving too much thought to every response and had a lot of pressure on him to get it right
