I can hear the difference and it's so small but somehow the U87 sounds more interesting. Maybe it had more warmness and saturation to it or something like that I don't know but it sounds like a real amp compared to a plugin. Although they sound almost the same the real one sounds better haha... But man, for that price? For those who can't afford a U87... ML-1 all the way. Very impressive!

use reaper, or pro tools for vocals they are made for it fl studio is for production. just my opinion but you will find it much easier to record your vocals in daws designied for recording.

Today is my second day working with an artist. Honestly, Auto tunes never works correctly never triggers. Anyways thanks for the advice. My question is, should I record using the full track then take the recordings and mix that in with the original project. Or just mix in the vocals on the project itself? I hope that made sense. this tutorial is a god send. I normally start a track with a sample loop & try to figure out the notes by ear which is trial & error, & takes forever. using method 3 I uploaded the sample to audiokeychain & within seconds it gave me the key & BPM. checked the piano scales site & it shows me which notes fit the sample, all done in no time at all. thank you
