Hi I have pain on the top of my tight, quadriceps? And on the back of it to. A burning sensation. It started when I drove for 6 hours and maybe one small break. The day after, I went for a walk on a mountain. The next day I started having pain where I wrote earlier. It’s been a month and a half now and I have same pain. I really don’t know what to do, am I at the point where I should put ice or can I start re-education, exercise ? Please can you give me advice. Btw sorry, it’s hard for me to explain myself in English, I’m French Canadian lol hope you can understand a bit. Thank you for your tutorial.

What about if the pain is on the back of the knee? I couldn’t fold my leg like you demonstrated on the bed!
