Thank you for this, I have pinching pain on my fifth metatarsal when walking/standing, the podiatrist xrayed and said it was not fractured, just tendinitis where the perineal brevis tendon meets the protruding base of the fifth metatarsal on the outside of my foot. He Prescribed anti-inflammatories, which worked until I stopped taking them because of stomach pain. Now I am trying a stretching approach with topical anti inflammatory, more rest and possibly crutches. Hoping I can knock this thing out in a few more weeks 😅. I love that I can sit with this video and stick to the whole routine. Thank you so much!

I've been suffering with this for years, didn't know what it was for ages, felt like sever bruising to the outside of the foot. Had a flare up a couple of days ago after doing lots of work on the outside of the house off a ladder. Haven't slept for two nights, pain always worse at bedtime... Stretching helps, but they take a few days to show any effect... I strongly recommend adding a couple of these stretches to your daily routine, prevention is always better than cure...

How nice to have a guided video allowing time to do the full exercises. Thanks😊 I also have chronic pain/strain & tightness along the outside of my leg. Is that related and can these exercises help? Otherwise, what do you think can help?

Thank you so much. I had total knee replacement and this pain in my foot first like plantar fasciitis. Then I noticed it was just pain on the outer side of the foot that I had the surgery on. I never heard of this before so your video really put me at ease. I’m glad they are simple and great movements. Thanks a lot.

Thanks so much for Video. When I press on the top of the 5th metatarsal it is very sensitive especially first thing in morning. Could perineal tendinitis cause this?

I am giving this a shot I do like the follow along format. By the time I get to the second exercise my foot is hurting. Should I keep going or stop with the first exercise and gradually move on?
