I'm going to keep it a buck. I thought it was not about to work but it it didn't work like I don't feel no tension in my shoulder or stiffness which is what I was looking for. So thank you

My doctor said my shoulder will heal it's self. It's been since last fall(2022) that it's been hurting! I've begun doing your suggested exercises and they feel good! Didn't think I'd be able to do them!! Thank you so much!!
