I own multiple houses because I fucking hate the community and gladly pay $15 a month so they can't get a house.

This is why I kept telling ppl to go get a house on dynamis. They keep casually telling me they’ll wait. Then some guy buys up an entire ward and we’re back to square one again. More wards, people ignore, they get snatched up, people complain about lack of housing, rinse and repeat. 😂

I think you forgot when housing 1st came out all you needed to do was make 8 toons on same server and buy 8 houses and leave the fc and It would be transfered to the 2nd person that joined or highest ranked player in fc was no wall you could do this in under week these days you can't do it because you don't always win the house and would need to pay 24 subs atleast

EU has the same problem. these wards are usually owned by RMT gil sellers. they build up subs and generate millions of gil this way which they then sell RMT wise

That being said, I really pray the Devs ignore feedback like that and continue to experiment gradually increasing the difficulty overtime as ya'know....every other proper game does out there. Everything now content wise is where it should be at 3 expansions ago imo. Regulator = star trek clone 100% agree. This expansion msq is a horrible cringe nightmare. How or why did Yoshi rubber stamp this trash? Also this entire plot is ripped from the TV series dollhouse. Dollhouse was cringe as hell it had the world end because governments and corporations would beam a slave persona using a satellite into millions of people deleting their personality and replacing it with a slave os. It had a guy who would change bodies after he got them fat and he had like dozens of peoples bodies left as just mindless fatblobs.

The graphics update is great. I highly recommend visiting old zones, dungeons, trials, and raids to look at the lighting. The Vault and Dravania were the first places I checked out and man it looks great.

I'm gonna put my 2 cents in here about this, I enjoy tanking and dpsing in casual content, I don't enjoy playing healer in casual content, Why would I play a class for 20% of the game when the other 80% of the game is not fun with that class type? You can't say something is fun when only 20% of things with it are actually fun. Granted the correct answer is not something I know specifically how to solve it but Dawntrail at least looks to be making some kind of attempt.

If you're going to rate the patches, rate the story/raid content as content rather than the QoL of the core game. Anyone playing "3.4" today isn't playing 3.4 as it was back then except for the story. And the dragon quests of Heavenswards was, and is still, epic AF.

A lot of healers checked out of healing savage because DPS is the only metric for healers and THEY want to heal not avoid healing to do more dps. We had to stop moving to cast a heal in HW and i never hated it and it made lightspeed an actual healing tool.

You can take blood wheting away from warrior or add counter attack damage in place of the healing since in FFXI warriors thing was double attack

I wanted kaiten removed because it felt awful when you didn't have enough kenki to use it. Either that or it's resource cost removed

I don't think congestion is going to be as bad as EW. I just don't see it happening. Because not every single player that played in EW at the start still plays. Will there be ques? I never bothered trying to get a house until a year into the game and I put in for a lot and got that house so damn fast I was like.. how TF!? Fortunate . But I do see allot of people flipping wards basically.. I had acquaintances that had multiple houses in a ward and clearly were RMT as they spent 23 hours a day in Limsa yet had mad gil. These houses should be stripped from these people. 1 house per character should come standard without bidding.

As a sprout with a new FC, this resonates with me. I haven't really looked for this particular issue because I didn't realize it was a thing. But im trying to get my FC and personal house right now. It has been a struggle to find an empty plot to bid on, on my world. And with the changes being made during the patch I'm not sure how that's going to impact my future attempts. I just wanna get my garden and subs set up. And I know I'm not the only one.

Hard disagree, if they are using a loop hole to tie ownership of multiple FC houses to one service account that should 100% be punishable, its the same as abusing a glitch to dupe rare items or get copious ammounts of exp, i dont care about the gil generation nor what its used for, i care that they are hoarding housing states that are hard limited denying people the chance to get it

If SE would've just gave us instanced housing on sanctuary island, then I believe alot of this would've been alleviated. I will never understand why they force people to go through this system. Some of us just want a house, idc if it's in a community where everyone can see it or not.

its an easy fix, an FC can only own 1 house, if they want another they have to sell the first one before they are abel to buy a new one, and if you then make that also the rule for players, there would be more houses for ppl in general, and no one can own more then 1 house

I’ve honestly been trying to buy a house for A YEAR now. Every single week I bid on a house (I took a month off the game so no bids that month) and I still lose every single time. I honestly have the worst luck

This person pays so much money per month in subscriptions if they got these houses after the rules changed. Your account cannot have more than 1 house on each server. My brother and I tried to start this tbh and that was the problem we ran into.

Pretty much the same shitshow on EU as well. Solution would be simple: restrict housing to 1 FC-House and 1 Personal-House per account

I remember I wanted to start playing 14 because the crafting looked cool to me. I liked how difficult making a shelf was in Stormblood and you would make gil off the mb for it. They still have that with expert crafting but I never would of predicted this type of.. solo play lol

I dont care if it's technically within tos or not. I will always be for anyone owning several houses besides a personal house and an fc to get an ultimatum what house they want to keep and take away the rest.
