For some reason when i add the generator it doesnt add it to the edges it just adds it all over??

My mesh is made out of several polygroups in Zbrush as I've merged several subtools. I exported it as a single subtool fbx and brought into Maya. In Maya I added a single bone like you showed. However, when I bring it into Unreal and apply the physics, parts of it works as expected, but it also falls apart. Essentially, I've made weeping willow branches but the leaves don't stay attached to the branch/whip and just fall down without any logical patterns. Two of the leaves that hang randomly in the air seem to be affected by the physics to some degree, but half of them just fell down but without laying flat on the ground, they're just kinda floating in the same position as they were on the og asset. The other half of the leaves are completely unaffected by the physics and remain in their original place. There's no reason for this being the case as all leaves are the same.

Never create projectiles from actors. It’s to performance intensive to spawn actors repeatedly for projectiles. Personally I created a system using lightweight structs to represent projectiles and I use RK4 (runge kutta 4th order) integration for the physics simulation.

Lads, I have a quick question (I am rigging eyes for a game character), the problem with my bones is that upon rotating them, the eyes literally pop out of the skull. I tried using constraints but there is a distinct possibility that I am doing something wrong. Can you please help?

Yes that cleared it up perfectly. I use Blender was curious about Z-Brush and IM a one man army so therefore i need blender. If i work for a "construction comapny" and i need to screw screws then i will use Z-Brush. Ur the bomb great to the point video

This is amazing, I will be purchasing this!! If I may ask here. I have been looking either for good assets for better yet a guide on how to model Armor for a fantasy game, what I have noticed is tutorials for something like that are extremely advanced, so I have tried learning other things in Blender to help me understand how to get from modeling a doughnut to modeling a set of armor that is rigged.. and it's a HUGE jump in skillset. Do you by chance have a tutorial series that you put out/ offer classes or tutoring, or would you and anyone here have good resources that you could point me to, to get me headed in the right direction?

I do offer private tutoring and consultations, but I charge $120 per 30 minutes since I don't have enough time to help everyone 1 on 1, and most of the information you'll need to know can be found in the rigging series I just provided for free - As general advice though, think of most armor like things you parent to the character. Usually you don't have to rig the armor to the body unless you expect it to bend - Good luck and see ya around :)

Good job! I'm curious about the bows' string, how are they modelled? Considering they need to deform to fire, there needs to be enough geometry for that. Never modelled a bow, there might be a better way to do it I don't know. In fact, you could consider making a video on what you learned doing this set. Things you used to do wrong or otherwise improved compared to game assets you made when you got started. Stuff like that. Have a happy new year and I'll see you around :D

I have to say, I am glad you went with the Classic Design. I am a huge fan of the basic or classic design of swords, shields, and bows to set up for more complex looking weapons much later in a Game (Genre being whatever). I think the Classic design is solid, recognizable by anyone, and it just "Reads Right" when you see it, craft it, and later "modify it" however that may work in the game someone is designing. Cheers!
