Love the personal hot tub off the Primary suite on the top floor! Not a fan of the lack of privacy, so close to both neighbors, and folks across the street seems communal. One pet peeve though, is that conversate is not correct. Try "converse" please. Makes me wince as much as someone axing a question.

This is a very interesting house to add to someone’s portfolio. House: amazing. Built around a race track: perfect and exciting for parties, family, and friends. Location: questionable and not ideal. I don’t watch the races like I used to but I really love race cars and to have a real race track in your backyard is pure gold; not to mention a race car inside of your home. It’s unique and fun. I love this house.

This is not a review it's an advert for Blue Heron...... the most over rated over priced home builder in LV with some of the worst layouts and cheap interiors. And where is the floor plan????? School boy error not to show one. WOW $6.5 million and your surrounded by your neighbours metres away, surprising in a country and city with SO much space lol Blue Heron loves to use pebbles everywhere on the inside.... it's a way to save $$$ and cheapen up on installing a proper floor. Pebbles and slabs are for the outside

The hair cut is good, can use a little gel styling. The beard should be thinned out or shaven clean. Right now it's giving Mormon.
