This is not a review it's an advert for Blue Heron...... the most over rated over priced home builder in LV with some of the worst layouts and cheap interiors. And where is the floor plan????? School boy error not to show one. WOW $6.5 million and your surrounded by your neighbours metres away, surprising in a country and city with SO much space lol Blue Heron loves to use pebbles everywhere on the inside.... it's a way to save $$$ and cheapen up on installing a proper floor. Pebbles and slabs are for the outside

Invest in one made of a comfortable casual material to wear with the crew neck. Lastly, what do you have on your feet honey? While your in Nordstrom, stroll over to mens footwear and grab a couple pairs of quality comfortable loafers. Black pair and a brown pair to start off. Penny loafers are always a classic yes. The hair cut is good, can use a little gel styling. The beard should be thinned out or shaven clean. Right now it's giving Mormon. Your aesthetic is just as important as the upscale homes your showing. Looking like you belong there, contributes to your personal appeal to a perspective buyer. The camera man is excellent! Why don't you ever cover the bedrooms, the pantries and in this case, the laundry rooms and even pantries? Instead, we get B-rolls. I'm seeing other agents covering the same house but they take the time to cover the entire house, giving us a more in-depth view of the purchases? You've got yourself another awesome video Nick, but covering more detail of the rooms, and more would make your videos epic and even get you more subs and likes. Just a little friendly constructive criticism.
