If you are doing tours of million dollar home I would like to know: 1. What part of Las Vegas is this home located (Henderson, Summerlin) 2. I’m paying 3.3 million dollars for this home is this a gated or guard gated home. As far as the tour of the house you did a great job. Let’s not forget those small things that I mentioned they are very important for me and my family

Come on dude! Why do the viewers have to wonder where this property's located? You have so much potential that it's disappointing you're not paying attention to the meaningful information like WHERE the property's located. WHO is the builder? WHAT is the model? WHAT year was it built? If you're going to be in this property tour game, step up your flow of pertinent information. I personally want to see you win. You have great potential ❤

Please show all the rooms properly, including the closets and pantry. The kitchen appliances need to be shown in more detail. Please also note that it's a water closet (or w.c.), not a water room. The house is nice but who is the builder, how many bedrooms/bathrooms/garage stalls and the square footage? They are mentioned in the info section but some people don't even know that exists. I speak as a regular viewer of home videos and these are the sort of things that people want to know, i am not trying to be negative.

#2 You have a very likeable energy and I know you're trying. So I'm going to get you together 😂. I need you to take the grandpa funeral suit and burn it. Go to a Nordstrom or whatever trendy store that's affordable to you and get 3 light weight crew necks . Crisp white, black, and tan toned. Get a couple of comfortable casual slacks, in the tan tone and blue jeans that are not ripped or frayed. You like blazers? Invest in one made of a comfortable casual material to wear with the crew neck. Lastly, what do you have on your feet honey? While your in Nordstrom, stroll over to mens footwear and grab a couple pairs of quality comfortable loafers. Black pair and a brown pair to start off. Penny loafers are always a classic yes. The hair cut is good, can use a little gel styling. The beard should be thinned out or shaven clean. Right now it's giving Mormon. Your aesthetic is just as important as the upscale homes your showing. Looking like you belong there, contributes to your personal appeal to a perspective buyer. The camera man is excellent! The editing is outstanding! You fabulously and organically relate well to the camera, and are very expressive in your delivery. As well articulate and handsome. Great potential to be one of the best in this You tube lane. look forward to seeing your improvements ❤
