If you are not in Malibu, how can you pay $10 mil+ for a house that has neighbors breathing down your neck...? You have no privacy whatsoever, and you can reach out and touch your neighbor's house from just outside the master!

Agree. No privacy, no yard. No backyard, just a deck. White everywhere, mediocre finishings, horrible theater. The views aren't jetliner views as you see all the houses below you. Its basically a track home 11 miles from the strip. Worst of all, its an upside down house. Worth maybe 1 million at the most.

The wine wall is actually just for display! That's why they have the temp controlled room on the bottom floor!
