I think no one wants to breathe in A/C 7 months a year with no opportunity to open a window and pay for this place in a middle of desert such money! You will also need to spend another million for sprays against spiders and scorpions, you also will be surrounded by snakes

Holy angel, what a gorgeous mansion..the owner wasn't greedy for money that price is a give away $4.5M...love the architectural view of the stairways from the top, thx for posting this video.

Why mansions so cheap in Vegas?

It is just cheap compared to insane markets like cali and Miami. Vegas is also not as big as those other places in terms of luxury homes yet

because it is 120-130 Fahrenheits from May to October during day time and during nighttime! You simply have no air to breathe most of the year, if you love to breathe dust from the A/C and dream about asthma good luck with Nevada and Arizona homes!

Who wants to breath in the air conditioner's dusty air 6-7 month a year for 4,5 million $ and walk on 130 Fahrenheits from May to October? Are you crazy?
