I’ve been watching Naomi for a few years now and I’ve always found their friendship so wholesome and sweet. They’re also hilarious together. Yeah, I mean technically when putting on any bra you should be doing the “swoop and scoop” because a lot of the breast fat/tissue falls to the side. So you kinda have to… collect it?? Lol such a weird way to say that, but that’s basically what you’re doing. I learned that trick from the subreddit “a bra that fits” which basically is all about getting women into the correct bra size, and has a lot of other great info. A lot of women are in the wrong size bra because they just aren’t taught how to measure correctly. I actually went from wearing a 34b to a 34dd after finding that resource, and bras became SO much more comfortable for me. I honestly couldn’t believe that was my size at first because my boobs don’t seem that big to me, and were taught that Ds are supposedly huge. But when I went shopping and tried that size on, it was so comfortable and fit well, I was shocked. But yeah, I’ve been using that “swoop and scoop” lift tip ever since, and it’s great.

really quick i just wanted to mention that i recently ordered from minga london and all pieces were made in china! they claim to be an ethical brand producing in their own factories in portugal, and i am pretty sure that they did that for some time. but at this point they may have gotten too popular and want to make more money. so, sadly, minga london is no ethical brand anymore i believe.

fyi, made in china =/= unethical. there are plenty of factories in China that treat their workers ethically. assuming made in china must mean unethical labor is inherently racist. but, if they claim they're made in a certain country and aren't made in that country, then yeah that's bad

i’ve bought from there several times & even bought the same shirt naomi got and it said made in portugal on the tag. so they might be outsourcing some items editing to add that “made in china” doesn’t mean it’s a poorly made product or unsustainable. so it’s best to not use “unsustainable” and “low quality” interchangeably with “made in china”

I own 2 swimsuits, 3 dresses, and 2 shirts from TA3. I def recommend the brand a lot. My advice to any broccoli 🥦 wanting to order is to check their size chart!! Their sizes are a little diff than regular. I wear XL in a lot of brands but I have to order down a size in TA3 to get the snatch I want!

Comment on the bathing suit: Please be really careful if you're going to use anything that might constrict you. If you're going to wear something like that while just hanging around a pool or at the beach, go for it. The loose corset threads on the back can also be a hazard if they get caught in anything. Just be careful if you're going to wear anything like that. It might look good, and make you feel good, but don't put style over function and safety.
