My grid has gone gone to hades!!! My white hair said to get someone else to do it and has taken over every single aspect of my grid and is growing everywhere but inside the locs.

Hi MissT. I’ve not posted in so long, I don’t think I remember how to. I’m still Sisterkock’d, but I have cut my hair twice now so it’s about as long as it is in this video. Also, I am itching for change. I just turned 50 this year and am seriously thinking about letting go of my locs. 😞 Interesting times. I’ll think about posting soon. Thanks for chiming in. Peace to you. ❤️

When did you start self-retieing your hair? Any advice for me. I am only 6 months in but I know that I need to start managing my own hair. Also what about shampoo...? what kind of shampoo did you at first?
@NatureCoilsbyPW3 жыл бұрын
Hi! I started self retightening 6-8 months after locking. I have a video on the shampoos I used early on. The Sisterlock shampoo was one...others were aloe Vera based shampoos. I now use the Loc Lush shampoo with activated charcoal with willow bark. www.loclush.com. Thanks.

You need to use the conditioner in conjunction with the shampoo. The purpose of conditioners is to bring the pH of the hair back down within good range after shampooing. Another way to bring down the pH is a vinegar rinse. Check out KZbinr Green Beauty on her channel’s video concerning this exact topic.

Nice! I think I will try that with my client later today. Her frizzies are the worse. All the oil and water in the world hasn't tamed that puff. Thanks Sis... 😘

I received my serum last week and I love it! It really makes my scalp feel good. Tingles a little. I just went and put some more along my temple area where the hair is very fine. Hoping to see some amazing results!

Jeanine Sanders It does make your scalp tingle. The results have been surprisingly good for me. It’s come through where other products and home remedies have failed.

I know im stalking all of your videos lol. I use ACV as a scalp spray 3 nights a week before bed to control my dandruff. I spray my scalp immediately after I shampoo as well. I use herbal essence because it's PH balance and has a mild chelating agent in it. Sadly, I have hard water, so this shampoo is what washes away the hard mineral build up

@@NatureCoilsbyPW nice! You have a small head like me! I did my own microlocs and I could only get about 355 to 365 maybe less maybe more. I could get 400 if I did needle thin locs and I aint got time for that lol. But your hair is beauriful ans it frames your face nicely.
